Customers requiring a palette service for next day delivery must ensure orders are received by 12pm.
Orders are only accepted on the basis of our standard ‘terms and conditions’ which can be found on page 51 of our main brochure or are available on request.
SPECIFIC TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

| Payment: | 30 days from last day of month in which invoice is dated. |
| Prices: | As ruling at date of dispatch and are subject to change without notice. |
| Order size: | No minimum order value |
| Carriage: | Free on orders over £850.00 net value (UK mainland only) |
| Delivery: | Non-delivery or shortages must be notified within 7 days. Damages or defects must be notified in writing within 7 days. |
| Returns: | Accepted only by prior agreement in writing and subject to a 25% handling charge. |
